Seller or Seller's Agent makes no warranties, expressed or implied as to the condition of the property. It is the intent of the Seller to sell the property in its " as is " condition. Seller shall not provide a survey, property condition report, homeowners warranty or Certification of Occupancy. Buyer should satisfy all questions and concerns with personal inspection and research.
